As a matrimonial platform dedicated to helping Muslim individuals find compatible life partners, we take the protection of minors very seriously.

This Child Safety Policy outlines our strict measures to prevent underage access and to ensure that our services are never misused in ways that could endanger children or young individuals.

Age Verification and Prevention of Underage Access

Minimum Age Requirement:

  • • Women: Must be 18 years or older
  • • Men: Must be 21 years or older

These age criteria align with Islamic values and the legal marriage age under Indian law.

Age Verification:

  • • Users may be asked to submit valid government-issued documents to confirm age.
  • • Failure to comply may result in account suspension or removal.

Underage Access Prohibited:

  • • Any profile found to belong to someone below the minimum age threshold will be immediately suspended or permanently removed.
  • • If you suspect a user is underage, please report the profile through our platform or email us directly.

Zero Tolerance for Child Exploitation

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

The following actions are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination and legal action:

  • • Sharing or soliciting any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
  • • Attempting to contact minors for any inappropriate, harmful, or exploitative purposes.
  • • Using the platform to share any content or messages related to grooming, exploitation, or abuse.

Content Moderation & Safety Mechanisms

AI & Manual Review:

  • • All profiles and user-generated content are subject to AI-based scanning and manual moderation.
  • • Suspicious or harmful content is flagged and reviewed promptly.

Reporting System:

  • • Users can report suspicious activity via the "Report" button on user profiles or by emailing contact@findhumsafar.com.

Law Enforcement Cooperation:

We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies within India and internationally when required to investigate CSAE-related offenses.

User Conduct and Safety Guidelines

Strict guidelines are in place to protect the dignity and safety of every user:

  • • Do not impersonate another person, especially a minor.
  • • Do not attempt to solicit, manipulate, or groom anyone online.
  • • Sharing personal information (such as home address, school, or phone number) relating to a minor is strictly forbidden.
  • • Attempts to exploit the platform for immoral or unlawful purposes will be reported and legally pursued.

Platform Features & Future Compliance

Although our mobile apps are not yet released, we are building all future app features with child safety and user protection in mind.

This includes:

  • • Content filtering and chat moderation
  • • Inappropriate content detection
  • • Secure reporting tools

Once released, all apps will adhere to child safety standards in line with Google Play and Apple App Store guidelines.

Policy Review and Updates

This Child Safety Policy will be reviewed regularly to ensure alignment with applicable laws, including Indian IT regulations and child protection norms.
